Complete Spermogram is the analysis of the basic sperm parameters (sperm volume, sperm count, motility, morphology, vitality).

It is recommended that the examination be done after 2 - 5 days of abstinence from contact / ejaculation and that there has been no previous illness with high fever in the last two - three months.

Sperm cultures and a search for antisperm antibodies complete the analysis.
It is important to emphasize that at least 2 sperm analyzes are needed to label a sperm count as abnormal, as general health can potentially affect sperm production for 3 months.
